Your Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CVM Lifecycle Campaign Lead to join our Enterprise & Mid-Market Customer Value Management (CVM) team. In this role, you will take ownership of targeted marketing campaigns end-to-end—from planning and briefing through to execution, tracking, and performance reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accountability and enjoys working 

cross-functionally. While overall strategy and approvals are set by onshore stakeholders, you will drive day-to-day campaign execution and decision-making.

As a CVM Lifecycle Campaign Associate Manager, you will:

  • Support delivery across key programs for the customer base including data-driven targeting based on predictive models

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Define campaign objectives, targeting, and messaging in collaboration with stakeholders

  • Develop structured briefs for agencies and internal teams (CRM/Marketo)

  • Build personalisation matrices (segment × trigger × message × data variables)

  • Manage campaign workflows, timelines, and deliverables


Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with GTM, Product, Sales Enablement, Data & Analytics, CRM, and Legal teams

  • Coordinate campaign requirements and ensure alignment across teams

  • Proactively identify and escalate risks, dependencies, or blockers


Data Preparation & Quality Control

  • Prepare and validate audience data files (segmentation, exclusions, suppression lists)

  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and readiness for campaign deployment

  • Enrich datasets with personalisation fields from approved sources


Reporting & Optimisation

  • Compile campaign performance metrics (opens, clicks, conversions, etc.)

  • Identify anomalies and provide clear insights and recommendations

  • Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance data


Campaign Operations

  • Maintain campaign calendars and track progress across programs

  • Manage documentation, folders, and version control for all assets


How You'll Work

  • Operate with high ownership and autonomy in campaign execution

  • Collaborate on strategy, then independently drive delivery

  • Ensure all customer-facing campaigns receive onshore approval before launch

  • Communicate proactively—raising insights, risks, and recommendations early


What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • 8+ years in campaign management, marketing operations, or lifecycle marketing

  • (ideally in Telco, SaaS, or B2B Technology environments)

  • Strong experience writing structured briefs, reports, and marketing documentation

  • Solid data handling skills (Excel or similar)—segmentation, QA, validation

  • Understanding of campaign fundamentals: targeting, personalisation, lifecycle journeys

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

  • Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actions

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy



Preferred skills/expertise

  • Experience working in distributed or offshore teams across time zones
