About the job Graphic Designer

Key requirements:

  • Advanced use of AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL·E or similar) with the ability to create highly realistic product and lifestyle imagery
  • Ability to match AI outputs to real garments, colours, branding, and campaign direction with a high level of accuracy
  • Experience building marketing assets across social media, EDMs, websites, and digital campaigns
  • Strong capability in event and retail collateral (posters, signage, price boards, promotional materials)
  • Ability to create and maintain template systems for ongoing use across teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured briefs
  • Ability to use adobe creative cloud and canva as a minimum

Nice to have:

  • Experience in apparel, sport, or retail brands
  • Understanding of e-commerce environments (Shopify preferred)
  • Motion or light animation capability

This role needs to sit across three key areas:

  • Event asset production (price boards, signage, promotional collateral, fast-turn updates)
  • Digital marketing (social media assets, campaign rollouts, content adaptation)
  • EDM and e-commerce (email graphics, website banners, collection imagery, conversion-focused assets)

This is a production-heavy role, not purely creative. The person needs to be comfortable working at pace and delivering consistent output across multiple channels, often under tight timelines.
