Logistics Coordinator

This role serves as an extension of the Logistics & Fulfillment team. This role supports L&F by maintaining data integrity across systems, resolving outbound order issues, and ensuring timely and compliant order processing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment

• Order & Shipment Coordination
• Create shipping labels for Canada D2C orders and attach labels to corresponding orders in RyderShip
• Process internal gifting orders, validating and updating shipping addresses and methods in NetSuite to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage Retail TOs within RyderShip, including address corrections and shipping method adjustments to meet delivery timelines.
• ASN creation for gifts with purchase and dry-cleaning
• Data & System Management
• Perform periodic maintenance in RyderShip, including uploading new product images, HS codes, and country-of-origin data.
• Create ASNs (Advanced Shipping Notices) in RyderShip for returned dry-cleaned items and supply orders.
• Set up new SKUs and business rules in RyderShip to support gift-with-purchase and promotional programs.
