About the job Digital Commerce Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for user acceptance testing (UAT) execution across the client’s digital platforms
  • Responsible for preparing content audit reports and other specifics requested by the client
  • Responsible for the accuracy, relevance, and adherence of client's digital merchandise and content on global partner sites according to the client’s established guidelines
  • Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by the client
  • Prepare market research based on the guidelines specified by the client

Qualifications:

  • Must have a BA/BS degree with minimum 3-5 years' experience in digital/fashion/retail
  • Excellent understanding of company and general industry-accepted documentation standards
  • Proven expertise in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Able to be extremely productive and effective in a multi-cultural, virtual work environment
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English)
  • Additional Asian language reading and writing skills is an advantage (Japanese, Korean, Simplified/Traditional Chinese)
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools is a plus (eg. Microstrategy/Tableau/Cognos)
