Job Title: Social Media and Campaign Manager

Role Summary

The Social Media and Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Optima’s social media presence and integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels. This role owns campaign coordination from concept through execution ensuring consistent messaging, strong brand voice, and measurable performance outcomes. The ideal candidate blends creativity with data-driven execution and understands compliance-sensitive industries.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and manage Optima’s social media content calendar across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and emerging channels).
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging, brand-aligned content including static posts, short-form video, stories, and community posts.
  • Monitor social channels daily which include responding to comments, escalating issues, and identifying opportunities for engagement or reputation protection.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, social, landing pages) designed to generate qualified leads and drive conversions across digital channels.
  • Own campaign performance from launch through post-campaign analysis, with a focus on leads generated, conversion rates, and ROI. This also includes campaign timelines, QA, and launch readiness.
  • Maintain accurate tracking, tagging, and attribution to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support seasonal initiatives, product launches, promotions, and reputation-management efforts.

Content & Creative Coordination

  • Review all creative for message accuracy, empathy, clarity, and compliance.
  • Adapt campaign and social content based on performance insights and audience behavior.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track and report on KPIs including engagement, CTR, conversion rate, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROI.
  • Use performance data to refine targeting, messaging, and channel mix to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes.
  • Analyze trends and recommend optimizations to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Provide leadership with clear reporting that connects campaign activity to business results, not just engagement metrics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or campaign management.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of paid and organic social strategies.
  • Comfort working in regulated or compliance-sensitive industries (financial services, tax, insurance, legal, healthcare preferred).
  • Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, email/SMS tools).
  • Excellent written communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with attribution modeling and campaign reporting.
  • Knowledge of SEO, reputation management platforms, or social listening tools.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
