Your Role:

As a Accounting Supervisor, you will:

• Secure financial operations by monitoring and reviewing daily transactions, including general ledger and account reconciliations.
• Guide Finance team members by assisting in hiring, providing day-to-day guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Optimize accounting controls by preparing and recommending departmental policies and procedures.
• Maintain accounting financial standards by monitoring expenditures and maintaining the assignment attributes of the Chart of Accounts.
• Manage company Financial Statements, including the consolidated financial report and monthly/annual P&L comparative analysis.
• Execute month-end and year-end closing entries and processes, including reconciling management invoices to subsidiaries and transfer pricing.
• Support audit and compliance by providing ISO and external audit requirements and assisting the Government Compliance Manager.
• Promote a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace while completing all necessary professional development opportunities.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Proven experience in general ledger management and account reconciliations.

• Strong understanding of accounting controls and financial standards.

• Experience in preparing consolidated financial reports and P&L analysis.

• Excellent communication skills for handling auditor queries and inter-departmental reports. 

Preferred skills/expertise

• CPA license or equivalent professional certification.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Familiarity with government compliance and ISO audit requirements.

• Proficiency in advanced ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
