ROLE PURPOSE

The role of the offshore Sales Associate is to manage all frontline inbound sales enquiries, actively
convert deals and where appropriate distributing larger opportunities to the appropriate team
members. This role will provide friendly, solutions-focused service across multiple channels. Working
as part of the wider sales function, this role will manage inbound enquiries and deliver personalised
service to key stakeholders where appropriate.

In addition to meeting and exceeding inbound sales revenue targets, this role is expected to deliver
exceptional client solutions, seek industry expertise and nurture client relationships. Stakeholder
engagement is critical both internal and external to deliver the overall company goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Respond to transactional and inbound enquiries that fall outside of managed or growth
targets.
● Respond and convert inbound enquiries with professionalism, solutions focused service and
product knowledge.
● Guide new and returning customers through product selection, sizing, and order placement.
● Convert incoming leads into sales by identifying needs and recommending tailored uniform
solutions, upselling where appropriate.
● Process orders and quotes accurately and efficiently using our ERP and CRM systems
● Troubleshoot issues related to sales delivery, exchanges, or product queries with a
customer-first mindset.
● Collaborate with internal teams across design, workflow, decoration, warehouse, and
account management to ensure smooth fulfilment and follow-up.
● Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay aligned with brand guidelines in all
interactions.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

● 1-3+ years experience in customer service and sales
● A productive attitude, with strong communication and professionalism skills
● Highly organised, attention to detail and problem solving approaches
● A team player who has drive, determination and a gather/ nurture mindset
