Your Role
As a Strata Admin Assistant, you are responsible for:
- Portal log on re-issue and set up
- Reception calls (point 1)
- New business filing (transfer of docs from Z Drive to FS / SMATA)
- Location of missing documents for searchers
- Change of addresses, change of email, new agent, new tenant and change of delivery
- methods
- Contractor follow up (quotes and work orders)
- Issuing Work orders or Quotation requests
- Section 22 updates (in Strata Master)
- Issuance of new owner welcome letter
- Managing of info inbox
- By-law breach letters
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience handling administration related tasks for any Australian industry
- Proficient in Data Entry (60 wpm typing skills)
- Knowledge and experience with Strata Master is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
