About the job Assistant Accountant / Management Accountant
Job Responsibilities
Describe the job role and the day to
day tasks involved.
The key responsibility of this role is to provide high quality
accounting and administrative support on a wide range of
activities across the Company. This includes but is not limited
to:
- Assist in month-end closing ensuring accurate and
timely delivery.
- Account reconciliations and provision of supporting
documentations.
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance
with the Company standards.
- Support provision of information for audit purposes.
- Support other functions within the organization.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the development of work, management
and quality control processes
- Contribute to the development and documentation of
process maps, procedures and policies to support consistent
work practices and training material for the Company
- Contribute to program of continuous improvement

Requirements
- Experience in multi-national company or shared service set-
up
- Strong analytical and problem skills
- Clear English communicator with the ability to
explain/present complex financial data in a clear way
Qualifications
Describe the qualifications the staff
should have in terms of skills and
capabilities
- Degree or diploma in Accounting or any other Business
related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
related tasks. Bookkeeping experience is a plus.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with
exceptional attention to details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel,
Word, Outlook) and other software or systems (i.e.
D365, CRM) experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated sound judgment, initiative, and problem-
solving skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality results.
