team to maintain oversight, efficiency, and risk controls in a dynamic environment.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Onboarding & Client Success Analyst within the operations
team. This role is ideal for someone with strong onboarding and client facing experience in financial services, who is comfortable taking initiative, managing onboarding, and ensuring core processes are executed accurately and on time. While this role is focused on client onboarding, data hygiene and general client communications will also be part of the functions completed as you get more comfortable with how we operate.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for end-to-end client onboarding including AML/KYC reviews and investor
accreditation checks.
Responsible for Financial Adviser onboarding including ensuring that key agreements
are signed and due diligence is completed
Proactively identify and improve inefficiencies in the onboarding processes.
Support internal reporting and audit processes, where necessary.
About You – Skills & Experience:
7+ years experience in financial services, ideally with 3+ years experience in
onboarding, AML/KYC, compliance.
Highly organised, solutions-oriented, and detail-focused.
Effective communicator with the ability to work autonomously.
