About the job Moderator/Customer Service
About the role: We are looking for 3 moderators working 8 hours per day, on a rotabased system 5 days per week. Luxury Promise carries out lives shows
for 12-14 hours per day. The moderator will be responsible for
overseeing the 'live show' and moderating it from beginning to end.
This role will have the relevant training provided
Responsibilities: Live Show moderation
Building shows on the live show system
Comment management and queries on live show
Any other customer service duties as required
Manage product listings on Shopify
Escalate issues to Live Show Manager (based in the UK)
Manage Whatsapp community engagement
Candidate
requirements:
Proficient in English
Flexible – the role will rota base and some anti-social hours
may be required
Tech savvy
Ability to use systems, spreadsheets, emails and Shopify.
Someone who is forward-thinking, a problem solver, and not
easily thrown off when managing several systems at once
A go-getter and someone with a positive, can-do attitude.
