Position: Randoms Specialist

Location: Eastwood, Quezon City

Your Role:

As a Randoms Specialist, you will:

• Sending out reminders for rosters both monthly and quarterly
• Processing rosters for uploading into TRAQ (monthly, quarterly)
• Pulling random selections (monthly, quarterly, consortium)
• Processing updates for consortium clients (employees, notes for not testing, terminating, contact info, etc)
• Processing new consortium clients including generating company profile, contact info, generating program verification letters, setting up username and passwords for TRAQ, updating roster
• Work the random email folder as well as personal
• Answer phones
• Send reminders for consortium clients twice a quarter for testing of random selection
• Process BATs
• Attach results (both drug and alcohol) to random selection to make sure clients are meeting compliance (monthly, quarterly and consortium)
• Generate test requests
• Generate MIS reports
• Troubleshooting and/or training when clients need more personal interaction

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong data entry skills
• Strong knowledge and use of computer programs (outlook, excel, word, etc.)
• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience working in an office environment
• 1-2 years supporting customers in North America, USA
• 1-2 years inbound and outbound calls
