Requirements

1. Advanced Microsoft Excel & Pricing Analysis Skills

  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management.
  • Ability to build, maintain, analyze, and validate complex pricing worksheets, quotes, and RFQs.
  • Strong understanding of formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.

2. Proven Bid, Quotation & RFQ Management Experience

  • Hands-on experience supporting tender, bid, quotation, and RFQ processes.
  • Ability to prepare accurate pricing submissions and coordinate bid documentation.
  • Understanding of pricing methodology, costing, and commercial requirements.

3. Exceptional Accuracy & Attention to Detail

  • Demonstrated ability to work with large volumes of pricing and customer data while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Strong quality control mindset with the ability to identify discrepancies and errors before submission.

4. Strong Communication & Deadline Management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with sales, finance, procurement, and operations teams.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Sales Support, Bid Coordination, Pricing Analysis, Tender Administration, or a similar commercial support role.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting, and data validation.

Experience preparing quotations, RFQs, tenders, bids, and pricing submissions.

Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across departments.

Experience using CRM, ERP, or sales support systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
