Job Responsibilities

Describe the job role and the day-to-day tasks involved.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS (Workday, SuccessFactors, BambooHR) and ensure compliance with global standards.
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding workflows, including digital provisioning and virtual orientation.
  • Manage HR shared inboxes and ticketing systems; resolve queries promptly.
  • Support benefits administration and global compliance audits (ISO, SOC2, GDPR).

Recruitment Coordination

  • Schedule interviews across multiple time zones using smart scheduling tools.
  • Post job descriptions on ATS and external platforms; ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage candidate communications and pre-boarding tasks.
  • Track recruiting metrics and maintain dashboards for data-driven insights.

People Programs & Engagement

  • Assist in global HR initiatives: performance cycles, engagement surveys, DEI programs.
  • Prepare communications and resources for policy rollouts and change management.
  • Collect feedback and compile reports for leadership decision-making.

Administrative Support

  • Provide calendar and meeting support for HR leadership.
  • Draft presentations, reports, and internal communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years in HR coordination or recruiting support (tech or global environment preferred).
  • Proficiency with HRIS/ATS tools and productivity platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work across global time zones and adapt to rapid change.
