What You'll Do

• Edit, grade, mix, and master lesson videos, trailers, and social snippets in DaVinci Resolve (Cut, Fusion, Color, Fairlight, Deliver).
• Incorporate branded motion graphics—titles, lower thirds, call-outs—following guidelines.
• Refine pacing and narrative alongside our creators, flagging any missing coverage or audio issues early.
• Prepare deliverables in multiple aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) and compress files to the correct bit-rates for Kajabi, YouTube, and social platforms.
• Review renders for artefacts and audio sync before hand-off, then upload to cloud storage with tidy folder structures and metadata.
• Participate in peer reviews and help elevate overall team quality.

What You Bring

• 4+ years professional editing experience (reel required).
• Expert-level DaVinci Resolve skills, including basic Fusion compositing and Fairlight audio cleanup.
• Proven motion-graphics chops in Resolve or After Effects.
• Strong grasp of codecs (H.264, ProRes, BRAW), colour-managed workflows, LUTs, and delivery best practices.
• Reliable fibre-class internet (at least 50 Mbps down / 20 Mbps up) and a calibrated monitor for colour work.
• Self-discipline to hit deadlines while working solo, plus fluent written and spoken English for daily stand-ups.
