Role Overview: The Data Analyst supports data driven decision making. The role focuses on reporting, analysis, and operational data support. The analyst ensures accurate, timely insights for stakeholders. The role also supports administration across CRM, KPI tracking, and budget reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports for business and operational teams.
• Analyze data trends, variances, and performance against targets.
• Maintain dashboards and standardized reporting packs.
• Support administration of the CRM. This includes data quality checks, user support, and basic configuration support.
• Help manage and track business KPI metrics. This includes definitions, data sources, and ongoing accuracy.
• Support reporting tied to budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Sales to align data and reporting needs.
• Document reporting logic, data sources, and metric definitions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Working Relationships
• Works closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Leadership teams.
• Supports stakeholders across multiple departments with reporting and data needs.
