The Senior Associate, Client Accounting will develop, implement, and maintain a robust scheduling system, ensuring all progressed schedules align strictly with established deadlines. This role requires a professional capable of participating in senior-level operations meetings, project estimations, contract negotiations, and the preparation of change orders. You will be responsible for identifying potential delays and facilitating remedial actions to keep projects on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Monitoring: Track progress by identifying critical activities, reviewing forecasts, and monitoring achievement dates to ensure total project integrity.
- Coordination: Convene and lead schedule update meetings, utilizing professional business communication and public speaking skills to engage stakeholders.
- Technical Analysis: Apply deep understanding of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Critical Path Methodology to manage complex project timelines effectively.
Qualifications:
- Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in P6 and the MS Office Suite is required. Intermediate Excel skills, specifically with pivot tables, are highly desirable.
- Experience: Proven scheduling experience and project coordination skills are essential. While not mandatory, prior experience within the telecom or wireline sectors is a significant advantage.
- Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written skills are mandatory for presenting business-friendly ideas to senior management and diverse customer groups.
