JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Assist in the development and execution of influencer/affiliate campaigns for product launches and evergreen programs.
  • Research and vet influencers aligned with campaign objectives; maintain up-to-date influencer and affiliate databases.
  • Draft outreach templates, manage follow-ups, and coordinate availability with influencers or talent managers.
  • Monitor competitors, trending creators, and affiliate tactics to surface opportunities.
  • Support the creation of influencer briefs and maintain timelines for content deliverables.
  • Coordinate product seeding logistics, including address collection, shipment tracking, and inventory updates.
  • Track content from concept to posting, ensuring deliverables are met and compliant with brand guidelines.
  • Provide regular campaign updates to US team, flagging delays or issues proactively.
  • Maintain trackers for influencer activity, affiliate participation, and campaign performance.
  • Pull reports from TikTok Shop Affiliate Dashboard, Shopify affiliate tools, and platform analytics.
  • Contribute to post-campaign recaps with insights on engagement, ROI, and affiliate sales performance.
  • Assist with influencer agreements and maintain internal records of usage rights, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with FTC disclosure rules and brand standards.
  • Update gifting logs, intake forms, and campaign folders for organizational accuracy.
  • Prepare briefing docs, meeting notes, and reporting decks as needed.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital campaign support. Previous work with US-based companies or consumer-packaged goods (CPG) brands is strongly preferred.
  • Affiliate & Social Platforms: Familiarity with TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopify affiliate programs, and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) is required.
  • Tools & Analytics: Proficiency with influencer/affiliate management tools (e.g., Modash, Aspire, TikTok Creator Marketplace) and standard reporting tools (Google Sheets, Excel).
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in English; able to draft outreach messages and maintain clear cross-team updates.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple outreach lists, shipment trackers, and campaign timelines simultaneously.
  • Cultural Awareness: Understanding of, or willingness to proactively learn about, U.S. influencer marketing culture and consumer expectations.
  • Work Style: Proactive, reliable, and collaborative; able to work independently offshore while aligning closely with US-based team direction.
