Your Role:

As a Dynamics 365 Developer, you will:

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to support business operations and strategic initiatives
  • Enhance the Dynamics 365 CRM platform by building additional entities, workflows, business rules, forms, views, and dashboards
  • Develop, configure, and roll out Dynamics 365 Marketing and FinOps modules
  • Build plugins, custom actions, and workflow extensions following Microsoft best practices and coding standards
  • Develop custom solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Microsoft Power Platform technologies
  • Create integrations using Power Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, Dataverse APIs, SSIS, and KingswaySoft
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within Dynamics 365 and integrated enterprise systems
  • Perform system upgrades, release deployments, and environment management across DEV, UAT, and PROD environments
  • Provide Level 3 support for Dynamics 365 applications and related systems
  • Maintain technical documentation including configuration logs, interface specifications, release notes, and solution designs
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, solution reviews, testing, and quality assurance activities
  • Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, governance, and data privacy standards
  • Support IT leadership on D365 strategy, project delivery, and technology roadmaps

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Proven experience developing and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Power Apps-based solutions
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse, entity modelling, relational structures, and data types
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), and custom connectors
  • Experience integrating CRM platforms with external systems using REST APIs, Azure services, or middleware tools
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and solution layering practices
  • Understanding of security models, role-based access control, and data privacy standards
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, MB-210, or MB-220
  • Experience delivering Dynamics 365 implementation or transformation projects
  • Exposure to Azure DevOps automated deployments and environment strategies
  • Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks
  • Knowledge of Power Pages and advanced Power Platform capabilities
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale CRM and ERP environments
  • Familiarity with SSIS, KingswaySoft, and enterprise integration patterns
  • Experience working closely with CIOs, IT leadership, and business stakeholders
