Your Role:

As a MNS Quoting Specialist, you will:

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for Managed Network Services (MNS) and equipment maintenance.

• Engage with stakeholders to clarify technical requirements and ensure quote alignment.

• Perform price comparisons and margin analysis to ensure competitive positioning.

• Maintain records of all issued quotes and track conversion rates within the CRM.

• Support the sales team in responding to RFPs and tender requests related to maintenance services.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• 2-3 years of experience in a quoting, estimating, or sales support role.

• Understanding of basic networking products and maintenance service levels.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic calculations.

• Strong attention to detail to prevent errors in pricing or technical specs.

• Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal sales and product teams.

• Proven ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Willingness to work onsite in BGC on an Australian day shift schedule.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience in the Telecommunications or IT hardware industry.

• Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

• Educational background in Business Administration or Finance.

• Previous experience in a Shared Services or BPO environment.
