Your Role:

As a C# Developer, you will:

• Develop and maintain applications in a primarily C# and .NET Core environment, focusing on RESTful API development.
• Support migration initiatives from legacy .NET 4.6 systems to .NET Core.
• Build and maintain integrations between APIs and AS400 ERP systems using SQL connectors.
• Develop integrations with third-party systems, including exposing and consuming RESTful APIs for data exchange.
• Communicate with end users and stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify API behavior, and support bug testing and issue resolution.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve reported system issues in production and non-production environments.
• Collaborate with a small team while also working independently on assigned development tasks.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Minimum 3 years of experience in C# development.
• Strong experience with .NET Core.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with RESTful APIs.
• Experience in debugging and resolving application issues.
• Familiarity with SQL and common database functionalities.
• Strong English communication skills for stakeholder interaction.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience with AS400 systems and integration.
• Exposure to SignalR.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and cloud environments.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system design.
• Experience with GraphQL and SOAP APIs.
• Experience working on legacy system migrations (e.g., .NET 4.6 to .NET Core).
