Finance Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Netsuite, Excel, and Salesforce (preferred). This role will support financial reporting, data analysis, and operational finance tasks to enable strategic decision-making and ensure accurate financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial reports, forecasts, and budgets using Netsuite and Excel.
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity in Netsuite and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial processes and reporting.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or in a similar finance role.
• Proficiency in Netsuite and Excel is required.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
