About the job Onboarding Specialist (Deficiency Management)
· Liaise between Moneris merchants and other internal Moneris departments (credit, customer updates, and credit updates) for process and document requirements on updating the merchant accounts legal name, banking information, signing officers, and length of ownership.
· Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to keep a compilation of document submissions from Moneris merchants.
· Strong English Communication Skills (both oral and written) and experience in call handling is a must.
· Basic knowledge in excel for daily data and production tracking.
· Liaise between Moneris Sales Consultant, prospective merchants and other internal Moneris departments (credit, customer updates, and credit updates) for process and document requirements on updating the onboarding deficient application with all needed information
· Responsible to speak to merchants via email and inbound or outbound calls to obtain information and/or process application
· Excellent time management
