About the job Finance Officer
Job Description:
Execute AP, AR and Bank activities across the region.
Reconciliation of various accounts, including performing investigation and handling
escalations where necessary.
Support in resolving disputes with key vendors and customers.
Responsible for maintaining accurate, routinely reconciling these records with
general ledger accounts.
Ensure all financial reporting requirements are provided in an accurate and timely
manner.
To support reviews of current processes, ensuring compliance and alignment with
corporate guidelines, updating the regional guidelines.
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Accounting or any other Business related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance related tasks. Bookkeeping
experience is a plus.
Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to details.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other software
or systems (i.e. D365, CRM) experience is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
Demonstrated sound judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to delivering high-quality results.
