About the job Operations Support Coordinator
Assist in tracking and balancing revenues and expenses for each job
Track internal subcontractor invoices and pass-through revenue
Manage the progression of invoices
Conduct progress reviews with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables to meet overall requirements
Review and perform quality control of internal and subcontractor invoicing prior to payment
Assist leadership with a variety of special projects and reporting
Meet weekly and monthly financial goals assigned by leadership
Perform all other duties within your scope of work as assigned by leadership
Intake new jobs entering the market
Update trackers and create market job folders
Load estimates and assist in other operational areas as needed
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in Project Coordination
Ability to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams for the project build process
Strong Microsoft skills
Proficient in Excel
Experience with Smartsheet and Oracle preferred
Strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
Construction understanding is a plus
Experience in telecom tower-related or fiber projects is a plus
