About the job Operations Support Coordinator

  • Assist in tracking and balancing revenues and expenses for each job

  • Track internal subcontractor invoices and pass-through revenue

  • Manage the progression of invoices

  • Conduct progress reviews with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables to meet overall requirements

  • Review and perform quality control of internal and subcontractor invoicing prior to payment

  • Assist leadership with a variety of special projects and reporting

  • Meet weekly and monthly financial goals assigned by leadership

  • Perform all other duties within your scope of work as assigned by leadership

  • Intake new jobs entering the market

  • Update trackers and create market job folders

  • Load estimates and assist in other operational areas as needed




Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Project Coordination

  • Ability to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams for the project build process

  • Strong Microsoft skills

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Experience with Smartsheet and Oracle preferred

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment

  • Construction understanding is a plus

  • Experience in telecom tower-related or fiber projects is a plus
