What You'll Do:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory management system.
• Track incoming and outgoing stock, including receiving, storing, issuing, and transferring inventory.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile results against system records.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure inventory data, product codes, quantities, and descriptions are accurately recorded.
• Monitor stock levels and identify low-stock, excess-stock, damaged, or obsolete items.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, operations, and other relevant teams regarding inventory requirements.
• Assist with inventory forecasting, replenishment, and stock movement reporting.
• Prepare regular inventory reports and provide updates on stock levels, discrepancies, and adjustments.
• Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions and maintain organized inventory records.
• Follow established inventory control procedures and company policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, tracking, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Need:

• Previous experience in inventory management, stock control, warehouse operations, or a related role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using inventory management systems, ERP platforms, or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with different teams.
