Telesales Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Responsible for the generation and presentation of group sales Responsible for ensuring that

each enquiry is serviced in a commercially responsible time frame, whilst ensuring the overall

closing rates and sales volumes exceed the KPI’s.

● Convert leads into new Happy Customers.

● Maintain above KPI sales volumes every month.

● Refer Care Package providers and NDIS participants to our specialist.

● Develop and maintain exceptional Product knowledge.

● Ability to tailor makes the right solution based on the individual's wants and needs.

● Following, promoting & maintaining the Company CARE Culture.

● Any other duties requested by Management.
