• Hybrid (1x a week WFH) | Night Shift (11:00pm - 8:00am)

• Accurately enter data into the company's Filemaker software system
• Answer calls/emails and schedule daily appointments on the calendar
• Assist the Warehouse and Client Relations with product-related questions
• Scan and file paperwork prior to system entry
• Maintain organized and accurate records for receiving and inventory processes

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written (including professional email etiquette)
• Capable of handling stressful situations in a calm, productive manner
• Team-oriented with proven interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in typing (55-60 WPM) and basic computer skills
