Job Title: HR Specialist (Outsourced)
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven HR Specialist to support key HR functions across the employee lifecycle. This role will focus on administrative and operational HR tasks, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience for employees from onboarding through off-boarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send offer letters to candidates
- Coordinate and support employee onboarding processes
- Provide ongoing employee lifecycle support (onboarding to exit)
- Assist with training coordination and tracking
- Review and approve employee timesheets
- Ensure adherence to HR processes and company policies
- Support off-boarding activities, including documentation and coordination
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Qualifications:
- Experience in HR support or HR operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow structured processes and workflows
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable handling confidential information
Preferred:
- Experience in an outsourced or remote support environment
- Familiarity with HR systems and timesheet management tools
