Job Title: HR Specialist (Outsourced)

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven HR Specialist to support key HR functions across the employee lifecycle. This role will focus on administrative and operational HR tasks, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience for employees from onboarding through off-boarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send offer letters to candidates
  • Coordinate and support employee onboarding processes
  • Provide ongoing employee lifecycle support (onboarding to exit)
  • Assist with training coordination and tracking
  • Review and approve employee timesheets
  • Ensure adherence to HR processes and company policies
  • Support off-boarding activities, including documentation and coordination
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR support or HR operations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow structured processes and workflows
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Comfortable handling confidential information

Preferred:

  • Experience in an outsourced or remote support environment
  • Familiarity with HR systems and timesheet management tools
