Production Lead - Open End Spinning

Requirements:

• Education: B.Sc. Textile
• Experience: 6–8 years of experience in Open End Spinning. 
• Skills: Yarn Manufacturing, Production & Inventory Management, SAP, and Lean Six Sigma

Responsibilities:

• Deliver production targets on quality, cost, and delivery. 
• Resolve operational bottlenecks (manpower, material, machine downtime) through cross-functional collaboration. 
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence to stay ahead of market challenges. 
• Conduct RCAs on manufacturing failures to strengthen systems and performance. 
• Ensure HSE, financial, and inventory compliance to maintain clean audits. 
• Maintain KPI standards across OTIF, rejections, productivity, and efficiency.
