Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain/Inventory Management / BBA / MBA.
  • Eligibility: 4–6 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and team supervision within a manufacturing setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise day-to-day warehouse operations for fabrics and trims, ensuring timely material issuance and receipt.
  • Manage stock movements, deliveries, and system transactions with accuracy to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Develop and implement space optimization strategies and ensure compliance with HSE and company standards.
  • Drive monthly and yearly physical stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and present inventory analysis reports with improvement plans.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Planning, Quality, & Operations) to ensure smooth material flow and support shipment targets.
  • Implement process improvements and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and inventory control.
    Manage & supervise the team/staff while ensuring fullest productivity & engagement.
