Assistant Manager Maintenance

Requirements:

• Education: B.E / B.Sc (Electrical)
• Experience: 5 - 6 years of relevant experience with a manufacturing company
• Skills:Troubleshooting, Problem solving, SAP PM, Schematics, and Single-line diagrams (SLDs)

Responsibilities:

• To ensure that the electrical system (Substation, HT, LT, transformers, Electrical panels, grounding, DBs) are in appropriate health.
• To ensure the availability of critical spares for emergency needs and organize material & manpower resources as per job nature. 
• To monitor supplies and materials required for smooth operation and to ensure that operational and maintenance record is up to date and accurate.
• To execute jobs/projects as per prescribed guidelines.
• To monitor and maintain E&I activities in the unit.
• To ensure compliance of budgeted R&M electrical expense & control.
• To coordinate with production, quality and maintenance department to help achieve production targets and maintain operations.
• To plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules of all machinery. 
• To plan and execute electrification for new projects, expansions, and modifications.
