Assistant Manager - Polymer Dipping

Requirements:

• BE (Chemical/Polymers) / M.Sc. Chemistry.
• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience including in-depth knowledge of polymers.                                                                  

Responsibilities:

• Manage Research and Development activities related Polymer Dipping portfolio and ensure timely launch of products to enhance product diversification and provides competitive advantage to the business.
• To ensure stage gate process and their sprints should be followed for launching the new product to check its feasibility (production, costing, commercial aspects etc.)
• To ensure all budgeted new products pertaining to Polymers dipping launched on time to get new orders leading to add revenue in business unit sales.
• To monitor project health and share project reports with business unit and Sales team on monthly basis to share complete visibility and avoid any delays.
• To research for alternate and new materials pertaining to chemicals to keep updated about the market trends and ensure cost benefits and legally compliance.
• To maintain historical data of all the products and processes, perform gap analysis which leads to plan future projects to ensure availability of alternate and new products/processes.
• To work on updating R&D lab equipment/machinery and arrange its purchase through Capex to ensure technological enhancement research is ongoing.
