Associate Consultant - FICO

Requirements:

Education: BBA/MBA, BE/BS (Accounting & Finance).

Technical Expertise: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail, along with effective communication abilities to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Experience: 4 - 6 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP FICO and Project System (PS) modules to meet business requirements and ensure alignment with SAP best practices.
• Assist in managing end-to-end project processes within SAP PS, including project structuring, budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Provide functional support and day-to-day issue resolution related to SAP FICO and PS modules to ensure smooth business operations.
• Work closely with integrated SAP modules such as MM, SD, PM, and CO to ensure seamless process flow across the system landscape.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and ongoing support activities to maintain system performance and reliability.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and potential gaps within FICO and PS processes and recommend appropriate controls and system enhancements.
• Develop functional specifications for custom developments and collaborate with ABAP and BI teams to deliver reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
• Support user training, documentation, and knowledge sharing to help business teams effectively utilize SAP functionalities.
• Contribute to ensuring that the SAP environment delivers measurable business value through improved process efficiency, transparency, and data accuracy.
