Senior Officer Maintenance

Requirements:

• Qualification: B.E Mechanical
• Experience: 3 - 4 of relevant experience in plant maintenance with a manufacturing firm.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of manufacturing plants with minimal downtime and high plant performance. 
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major failures and implement corrective / preventive actions to prevent reoccurrence. 
• Lead plant maintenance operations, ensuring reliability and efficiency of all equipment and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Execute plant improvement, modification, and expansion projects in line with business needs. 
• Drive initiatives to meet Sustainability targets through energy optimization projects. 
• Ensure optimal inventory levels of spare parts.
