Requirements:

  • Qualification: BBA / MBA
  • Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive factory housekeeping strategy to elevate workplace standards and hygiene.
  • Proactively enhance the quality of all administrative services (e.g., catering, maintenance, transport, hostel) based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Oversee the daily collection, segregation, and disposal of all industrial waste in full compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all HSE, administrative, and security policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Develop and deliver mandatory monthly safety and security training programs for all administrative staff to foster a culture of vigilance and preparedness.
  • To oversee the billing management of Utilities, housekeeping, transport, canteen and other administrative support services to ensure that it is reconciled, recorded, accurate and timely paid. 
  • To coordinate and control the overall visits and accommodation of guest/visitors/Auditors related to all of these activities.
  • Enforce safety and security by implementing security corporate policies/procedures to reduce the chances of incidents and unauthorize access. Activities may involve: Maintenance of daily security registers, visitor's record keeping, tracking contractor's attendance, key management, gate pass controls and CCTV surveillance.
  • Drive a customer-centric culture by conducting regular feedback surveys and implementing improvement initiatives.
