Requirements:

  • Qualification: B.E (Environment / Chemical) - NEBOSH & IOSH would be an added advantage.
  • Experience: 3 - 5 years of relevant experience preferably from manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular LCRMA - compliant audits to ensure the effectiveness of the fire safety team's emergency response capabilities.
  • Drive the implementation & continuous improvement of an effective HSE Management System, encompassing PSM and thorough incident investigations in collaboration with management.
  • Champion initiatives to enhance employee safety awareness & accountability, identify and address training gaps to proactively minimize workplace incidents.
  • Oversee the development & implementation of Permit-to-Work (PTW) system, ensuring full employee awareness & adherence.
  • Lead & facilitate comprehensive risk assessments, develop reports with proposed & agreed-upon corrective action plans to safeguard employee safety.
