About the job Assistant Manager - Procurement (Trims)
Requirements:
- Graduation/MBA/B.E Textile with at least 4-5 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the procurement of trims as per the purchase requests from MRP, check related approved suppliers and prices.
- Work with suppliers to ensure to get the customer acceptable quality and quantity within agreed lead time.
- Handling/dealing with suppliers to ensuring best possible price & Lead time, ensuring accurate operations and record keeping.
- Development of reliable & competitive sources or suppliers and ensure good strategic vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance to procurement procedure/policies and LOAM.
- Preparing necessary documents to Open LC and Order management & Product shipment management/vessel shipment planning for the imported material.
