Senior Officer Production - Packing

Requirements:

Experience: 2-3 Years in a manufacturing company

Education: BE (Industrial Manufacturing/Electrical/Mechanical)

Responsibilities:

• Look after all production work activities from FG to Packing, and ensure on time completion of shipments as per plan for customers satisfaction.
• Coordinate with all related upstream and downstream departments to avoid bottlenecks and delays.
• Maintain fulfilment of compliances within the framework of HSE regulations as they apply to production work practices and maintenance, along with keeping departmental records.
• Monitor and analyze rejection, customer complaints monthly and eliminate these errors by initiating new ideas and problem solving.
• Monitor the overall WIP of packing and working to minimize variances and support team in achieving departmental objective and goals.
• Interaction and management of female workforce on the packing floor.
