Experience: 8-10 Years of Experience

Job Responsibility:

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the alignment of business deliverables to meet budgeted top line and margins while maintaining department costs
  • Lead, engage, develop and control teams to ensure that the necessary capability, skills and motivation to deliver to agreed performance standards and operate independently within their specified regions to develop bench strength
  • Develop, implement, review and monitor strategies that ensure the achievement of both sales & business development related targets along with sustainable profitability
  • Develop and maintain a range of effective customer relationships to build strong, lasting, and mutually profitable partnerships and to gain market insight necessary to build the business and service over time
  • Analyze sales figures, customer reactions and market trends and translate these insights to anticipate product needs, plan product ranges and translate market insights into new product development pipelines with R&D
  • Create clear and transparent pricing and credit mechanisms to achieve competitive market prices that cover the cost as well
  • Share updates on market trends with Business Units in Pakistan regularly to ensure clarity across the management team and to update the team about product demand
