Senior Officer Logistics - Documentation

Requirements:

• Education: BBA / B.S. / B.Com
• Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

• To liaison with factories and sales team to make documents (Sale order, Invoice) in SAP against shipments and handling Gate passes from WH to share with sales team.
• To prepare export shipping documents.
• To liaison with Procurement dept. for special Machinery / Machine Parts shipments for timely execution.
• To arrange and rectify all the objection raised by the SBP against EE & EF well in time.
• To ensure the shipping documents, filling, updated and maintain receiving customers request on time.
• To create and posting all CN/DN in SAP and arrange to adjustment it with customer.
• To complete all SAP (SD) related activities (Closing, Invoice Posting, etc.)
