Senior Officer - Warehouse

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management/Inventory Management
• 3-5 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities: 

• To manage all stock movements and deliveries in database and prepare regular reports, liaise with various department to ensure smooth flow of stock movement between W/H, marketplace, production and coordinate with others department for queries on approved, hold & rejected material.
• Ensure that the Receipt (GRN), Transfer (GTN), Store Return Note (SRN), and Supplier Return (RDN) & all transaction are recorded in time with accuracy to eliminate system vs physical inventory difference.
• To supervise stacking of material and necessary tagging at the time of receiving goods to optimize space utilization.
  
• To lead monthly/yearly physical stock count activity plans and reconcile differences to measure the inventory accuracy.
  
• Prepare monthly inventory analysis report and propose solutions at review forum to increase the overall controls and fill gaps.
  
• To implement new process to meet operational needs and requirement and ensure all warehouse operations are taking place as per required safety compliance.
