Senior Officer HSE

Requirements:

• Qualification: B.E (Environment / Chemical) - NEBOSH & IOSH would be an added advantage. 
• Experience: 2 - 3 years of relevant experience preferably from manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

• To evaluate the workplace environment and effectively support site to develop HSE culture and implement safety-management system and organization HSE policies to identify and define the safety responsibilities of all employees.
• To report and investigate incidents with Line Managers/stakeholders (Critical near miss, first aid, medical treatments, Loss time injuries, fire incidents and spillage), issue incident flyer, propose solutions, develop actions and follow-up till closure.
• To ensure that HSE MOC protocols are followed during the implementation of SITE projects and ensure compliance. This may involve audit during implementation, performing Job hazard analysis, job safety analysis and risk assessments.
• Drive the implementation & continuous improvement of an effective HSE Management System, encompassing PSM and thorough incident investigations in collaboration with management.
• Lead & facilitate comprehensive risk assessments, develop reports with proposed & agreed-upon corrective action plans to safeguard employee safety.
