Junior Officer Warehouse

Requirements:

• Qualification: BBA / B.S
  
• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage bonded warehouse operations including stock receipt, issuance, stocktaking, and housekeeping.
• Ensure customs compliance by maintaining GDs, bond ledgers, I-Bond, and chemical sheets as per FIFO and approved analysis certificates.
• Prepare and submit monthly & quarterly customs reports (Import/Export values, stock exposure, expiry details) to authorities within deadlines.
• Handle documentation for warehousing certificates, bond license renewals, material transfers, and analysis certificates.
• Coordinate with Import, Export, Planning & Commercial teams for bonded material verification, invoices, and shipping bills.
• Support customs audits (Annual, DRRA, FBR) through timely preparation of reports and required documents.
• Maintain proactive monitoring of certificate/license expiry and notify management in advance.
