Senior Officer Production Planning

Requirements:

• BE (Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering) OR MBA (Supply Chain Management).
• 2 to 4 years of experience in manufacturing industry. 
• SAP PP Module experience is preferred. 

Responsibilities:

• The person will be responsible for the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to daily and weekly production schedules. Oversee the production process, ensure the supply of raw materials, and monitor the quality of the products. Utilizes the maximum capacities and ensures on-time deliveries of goods in a profitable manner.

• Ensure timely order confirmation to Sales Department.

• Monitor and analyze confirmed orders and to prioritize them on production schedule to meet deadline.
• Detail scheduling of production plan aligned with preventive maintenance.
• Analyze delays and accordingly adjust production schedule to meet deadlines.
• Ensure Production plan complies with minimum changeovers and minimum production losses.
• Coordinate with material planner for availability of raw material for detail scheduling of SFG.
• Ensure SLOB is minimized.
• Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
• Ensure 100% compliance of policies and procedures related to elements/ guidelines of the Midas Safety Management (MSM)system and HSE Responsibilities.
