Deputy Manager Quality

Requirements:

• Education: BE (Textile/ Industrial Manufacturing)
• Experience: 6 to 8 years of relevant textile industry experience.
• Skills: Expertise in QMS, Textile Product Knowledge, European & US Product Regulations, and Social Compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and maintain the Quality Management System across the business.
• Ensure certified plants continuously meet ISO 9001 and PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425 requirements.
• Conduct gap analyses, lead internal compliance audits, and manage QMS documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Production, R&D, Commercial, and Maintenance leads across Knitting, Fabric Processing, C&S Liners, and Gloves to investigate and resolve quality related issues.
• Coordinate and manage Quality and Social Audits on behalf of customers.
• Present audit outcomes, complaint analyses, rejection data, and customer satisfaction surveys to the Management Review Committee.
• Handle technical queries, resolve customer complaints, and oversee product testing and certifications.
