Analyst Costing

Requirements:

• Education: CMA, ACCA or MBA
• Experience: 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in a costing role within a manufacturing or textile Industry.
• Skills: SAP FICO, Analytical Skills, Problem solving 

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of yearly budget at different levels (Financial budget, CAPEX budget, departmental budgets) and monitoring Vs actual on monthly basis to identify the deviations & its reporting.
• Timely recording / advising of month end related journal entries, provisions and accruals before close of the month.
• Analysis of expenses at cost center level and execution of distribution cycle and monitoring that costs are correctly distributed among production cost centers.
• Supervise and coordinate with all relevant stake holders for timely provision of data for quarterly product costing reports, known as CM Analysis for sales team (formerly known as Breakeven) and to ensure provision of costing on daily basis requests. 
• Monitoring PM orders settlement rule in SAP & its subsequent posting to FI and monthly calculation of inter transfer margins.
• Monitoring CAPEX arises from departments & execution of its process from approval till capitalization. 
• Keeping close monitoring of powerhouse expenditure and preparation of reconciliation / analysis for consumption, expenditure trend and cash outflows giving consideration of relief / adjustments provided in bills by utilities companies.
• Assist in month-end CO closing activity.
