Requirement:

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in overseeing the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of all plant utilities and facility infrastructure.
  • Develop, implement, and manage a robust Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance program to ensure high equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime.
  • Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues related to utilities.
  • Ensure all maintenance work is performed in a safe, efficient, and timely manner, complying with all company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment history.
  • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and technical guidance to a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
  • Support or lead small-to-medium capital projects related to utilities upgrades, energy efficiency improvements, and new equipment installations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction, energy conservation, and process optimization.
  • Assist in preparing budgets for maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and capital projects.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities that minimize impact on operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments of utility systems and maintenance activities.
  • Manage the response to emergencies and breakdowns, ensuring proper protocols are followed.
