Requirements:

Qualifications: BS Computer Sciences/Information Technology.

Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise in desktop support, Office 365, networking, and data backup, with effective problem-solving and communication skills to manage help desk systems and support SAP applications.

Experience: 1-2 Years.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for servers, desktops, printers, and communication platforms to ensure smooth operations.
  • Set up IT hardware for new employees, lead the induction process, and manage proper asset handover.
  • Support and manage cloud services, including Office 365, OneDrive, and related applications.
  • Monitor and resolve user tickets via the help desk system, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset records and track the receipt, allocation, and transfer of equipment.
  • Ensure implementation and regular testing of data backup and recovery procedures as per policy.
  • Ensure all software on user systems is regularly updated and meets security and compliance requirements.
  • Support SAP applications across modules and coordinate effectively with business users.
  • Process IT-related invoices and coordinate with relevant stakeholders as needed.
  • Comply with IT policies and procedures while providing reliable support and adapting to new technologies.
