Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions across the country.

Key Responsibilities

-Client Management: Conduct intake meetings to define job requirements and manage client expectations.

-Sourcing Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and databases to find qualified candidates.

-Screening & Interviewing: Conduct phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.

-Relationship Building: Maintain relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.

-Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, providing feedback to both parties.

-Closing & Negotiation: Negotiate salary packages and offer terms to successfully place candidates.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency or corporate environment

- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers

- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and filling positions in a timely manner

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
